Mel azul herbal honey makes the prettiest cerulean drink, addition to oats, fruit bowls, or any other treat you want a touch of blue sweetness. Tasting notes of cardamom, lemongrass, and vanilla.

stir the jar with a clean dry spoon. swirl 1-2 tbsp (or to taste) of mel azul in 1 cup of warm plant milk for a delicious instant blue hued beverage.

alternatively you can dissolve a spoon of Mel azul with warm water, creating a dark blue sweetened tea and add to cold plant milk or frothed warm plant milk. can also be added to mocktails or to any other iced beverage.

because there are vanilla beans in the formula the drinks may need to be strained through a fine mesh sieve.
